History

Creation of the Consultancy Agency around three former hotel directors (wholesale, luxury) and Revenue Manager (D-Edge).

Support in hotel management, training in revenue management, quality control and management for around thirty Parisian hotels. More than 100 training courses and audits throughout France, working closely with hotel teams and owners.

From 1 to 6 hotels under management: with an initial hotel under a management mandate, the Agency will rapidly expand with the support of our financial partners and go from 1 to 3 hotels under management.

Together with our hoteliers, we manage the COVID crisis, working closely with the teams and the hotels that have been closed or opened.

With 3 new acquisitions in which we participate in research and preparation of investment files, we begin the creation and renovation work during this high-risk but crucial period for investment.

3 new acquisitions undergoing restructuring and complete renovation, which we will support from property search through to full management. We assist the establishment with furniture design, decoration in partnership with our decorator Marie-Agnès Louboutin from La Design Agency, site supervision, right through to the launch and opening.

10 4* and 5* hotels - 470 rooms in Paris intramuros
